Ciroc vodka is a gluten-free vodka made from distilling grapes. Master distiller Jean-Sebastien Robicquet lives and works in Bordeaux, France, where he works at Maison Villevert, his family's 500-year-old distillery.
While Ciroc has several flavoured vodkas on the market, this particular cocktail is made with the Ultra Premium, a dry, smooth vodka that has pleasant citrus notes.
1 oz CÎROC Ultra Premium
0.5 oz sparkling wine (such as Prosecco or Cava)
0.5 oz simple syrup
0.5 oz lemon juice
1 blackberry (for garnish)
Shake CÎROC Ultra Premium, simple syrup and lemon juice with ice and strain into a chilled flute glass.
Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a blackberry. Serves 1.
