A boozy summer dessert
A fun and easy grown-up "dessert" cocktail from the team at Famoso Neapolitan Pizzeria in Canada.
Save your fancy gins for something else, however; this is the place to use something less-expensive, as the sorbetto will overpower a fine gin's complexities.

1.5 oz gin
1 lime wedge, squeezed
Ice to fill
Lime sorbetto (limone, if you're buying it at an Italian shop)
Add 1.5 oz of gin to glass. Squeeze in 1 lime wedge. Fill glass with ice. Fill with tonic water to about one inch from top of glass. 5. Top small scoop of lime sorbetto. Add straw or spoon. Serves one.
