Tasty cocktail honours famous Canadian waters


Gulf of Saint Lawrence

1oz Crown Royal Limited Edition

1/4oz Cointreau

1/4oz Amontillado Sherry

3/4oz Lemon Juice

1/2oz Sugar

1 Egg White

Add all the ingredients to a shaker tin. Fill with ice and close the shaker. Shake hard for 20 seconds. Strain and pour into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with lemon twist. Serves one.
