AUTOMATIC RENEWAL POLICY
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL OFFER TERMS — REQUIRED DISCLOSURE
Your Drink With Me membership automatically renews. At the end of each annual membership period, your membership will automatically renew and your payment method on file will be charged at the then-current annual rate, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time prior to your renewal date to avoid being charged for the following year.
MEMBERSHIP & BILLING
Your membership renews annually at the rate confirmed at the time of your enrollment, plus applicable taxes. In the event of a price increase, you will be notified at least 30 days before your renewal date and may cancel before the new rate takes effect.
HOW AUTOMATIC RENEWAL WORKS
By enrolling in a Drink With Me membership, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file on an annual basis. The following applies:
- Your membership term begins on the date your initial payment is processed.
- At least 30 days before your renewal date, we will send a reminder email to your address on file with your renewal date and the amount that will be charged.
- On your renewal date, your payment method is automatically charged for the next annual period.
- If a charge is declined, we will notify you and provide a grace period to update your payment information before your membership is suspended.
HOW TO CANCEL
You may cancel automatic renewal at any time before your renewal date at no charge. Cancellation stops future renewals — you retain access through the end of your current paid period.
To cancel:
- Online: Log in and visit the Membership section of your member dashboard
- Email: support@drinkwithme.com with subject line "Cancel Membership"
- Mail: Drink With Me, 25811 Clawiter Rd, Hayward, CA 94545
We will confirm your cancellation in writing within 5 business days.
MANAGE MY MEMBERSHIP →REFUNDS
If you cancel within 3 business days of your initial enrollment or a renewal charge, you are entitled to a full refund of that charge under California Business and Professions Code §17602. Contact us at support@drinkwithme.com to request a refund under this policy.
Outside the 3-day window, membership fees are non-refundable for the current membership year unless otherwise required by applicable law.
PAYMENT & SECURITY
Your payment information is stored securely by Stripe, Inc., our payment processor. Drink With Me does not store full card or bank account numbers. You may update your payment method at any time via your member dashboard or by contacting us.
