A fresh, classy, beautiful rosé wine that begs to be shared with friends, but not too many unless you have more than one bottle. Notes of strawberry, raspberry and pink grapefruit make this one a winner.
And the wine's name? A secondary line from the team at Paul Jaboulet Aine, it is named after the 45th Parallel. Often referred to as the half-way point between the North Pole and the Equator, it is one of the circle of latitude that cuts through the Rhone Valley, including some of the Paul Jaboulet Aine vineyards.
This blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah should be served chilled. About $18.
