As an Area Sales Manager, you will build and maintain a team of 2-6 top advertising sales professionals in your area. You will train and mentor your team and ensure performance and operational standards are met. You will coordinate production and delivery with your Regional Manager and central support in Houston. You will also prepare and maintain regular area goals, action plans and performance reports.
3-5+ years sales management required, with advertising sales experience a strong plus. Your past experience must also include sales to small- and medium-sized businesses using a “one-call-close.” Strong computer literacy and Bachelor’s degree required.
Our compensation structure is designed for you to make $90,000 - 130,000+ first year by working your own book and managing a team of reps.
